Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse Travel Poster Hardcover Lined Journal

This sturdy 5.75″x8″ tall hardcover journal with 150 lined pages features my Outer Banks Travel Poster of the very unique Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse in Manteo, on Roanoke Island, OBX. The design is accented by a very dark, almost black, deep marsh-water blue, which wraps around the back of the book. Great for journaling, doodling, recipes, or whatever your creative mind wants to fill its pages with. Would also make a great gift for Outer Banks beach lovers!

Watercolor & ink style graphic design paired with interesting hip retro typography and colors make these unique travel posters for various Outer Banks locations. This one features the very unique Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse in Manteo, at the end of the pier on the Manteo Waterfront on Roanoke Island. Instead of a brick beacon towering over a barrier island beach, this lighthouse looks more akin to a lightkeeper’s house perched over water; and indeed, the original lighthouse that once aided mariners in Croatan Sound was a cottage built over the water, with the lighthouse serving as both beacon and residence.
