Product Description
Most of our customers do not request a proof of their product design when ordering. We use the same design that you selected and change the photos and/or names to match what you have supplied to us.
However, if ordering the product unseen is a concern for you, you can add a proof review process to the order by purchasing this product. I will then create an image of the completed design with your customizations in place, and send that image to you for your approval before the item goes into production. This will add 1-2 days to the expected delivery date.
You are ordering a custom artwork. I will create the design with your customizations, and the item will be produced specifically for you. As such, we cannot accept returns on these products unless there is a manufacturing flaw or similar issue.
