If you’re in the northern Banks on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week (June 20&21) don’t miss the best fine artisan shopping experience of the summer at the Under the Oaks Arts Festival. From 10 am til 5 pm both days, this fine art show takes place on the grounds of the Whalehead Club in the Historic Corolla.
This popular festival brings together a collection of talented artists and visitors can expect to find paintings and prints, photography, pottery, jewelry, woodwork, and much more. Free for all attendees, local food concessions are available as well as a silent art auction that is open to the public. Check the Currituck OBX Events Facebook page for updates.
Shop Outer Banks does not have a booth at this show – but I hope to pick up some local treasures that are truly one-of-a-kind!
